Terms & Conditions

  • The students shall maintain decorum in the institute premises.
  • The institute reserves rights to amend the time table, duration and the venue of the classes.
  • The decision of the director shall be final in all matters related to the institute.
  • Once attended, the same class lectures can not be taken again in next batches. However, students may watch video lectures anytime during their allowed access.
  • The photographs of the students pasted on the admission form are the property of the institute and can be used for the purposes like advertisement.
  • I have gone through the rules and regulations of the institute and shall abide by them.
  • The Institute will be responsible for conducting the classes as per the syllabus provided by Judiciary notification.
  • Recording of classroom lecture on one's mobile or any other gadget is strictly forbidden. If caught, the same can be confiscated by the Institute and the admission may be cancelled without refunding of the fee submitted.
  • The students who are found recording video lecture/lectures of class through any mode shall be liable under the IPR Act and also the admission will be cancelled.
  • If a student is found to share his/her video lecture password with another person, his/her account will be temporarily suspended until the proper explanation by the concerned student.
  • If the installment of fee is not paid on time, the admission will be cancelled immediately.
  • Fees once submitted can't be refunded in the event of student's failure to continue the classes. Thus, students are required to satisfy themselves about the requirement of the course before joining.
  • However, as per the decision of the National Consumer Disputes Redressed Commission (June 10th, 2010) the fees deposited could be refunded after deducting the processing fee, provided the student/candidate seeking the refund asks for the same before the beginning of the course and a fresh student is available against that seat.
  • A student is required to submit the full fee of the course after taking admission even if he/she leaves the course in between.
  • The installment is not a rule and right, it is an exception on the discretion of the institute.
  • All disputes will be subjected of Civil Court Delhi.
